You will receive your virtual number details via email within 1 to 48 hours, depending on the number you purchased.
To ensure our emails reach your inbox, please add our email addresses (info@virtualglobalphone.com, sales@virtualglobalphone.com, and billing@virtualglobalphone.com) to your safe list.
To log in to the control panel, visit https://customer.virtualglobalphone.com. You will see a screen similar to the one shown below.
You can login as Admin or Phone number. Admin login is used to manage all the numbers where as Account is for every individual phone number.
Once you login successfully you can see the home page as below.
Your home page is organized like a dashboard so that you can easily view the most important information separated by category into different windows. In addition, these windows can be moved around, rearranged or minimized as you wish.
Your newly allocated Virtual Global Phone number has been pre-configured according to the details you provided during signup.
You can use our app on your smartphone or desktop or on any web browser to receive and send SMS, handle incoming calls, or make outgoing calls. Simply select your preferred option below and configure it in just two easy steps.

Once you login successfully you can see the home page as below. You can use the keypad for Audio, video and SMS. [ Please make sure you allow web browser to use Audio & video device ]

Smart phone app
Click the buttons or scan/click the QR codes below to download the app from the App Store or Google Play:
After installing the app, open it and scan the QR code you received in your email.
You can also get the QR Code by logging into https://customer.virtualglobalphone.com with your admin login or Account login as shown below.
Or after logging in with Phone number and password as shown below.
You can change the forwarding number from the control panel.
First , Log into control panel at https://customer.virtualglobalphone.com
1. In the IP Centrex section, choose Call Forwarding.
2. Select the Call Forwarding check box.
3. Select the mode ( Order , Random or Simultaneous ) for your forwarded calls.
4. Click Add New Number to add the number that you wish to receive forwarded calls.
Enter the necessary information.
Description – A short description of this number.
Number – Enter a number for redirecting calls (e.g. 999000777).
If you have already received the number then call your VirtualGlobalPhone number or inform your customer / friends or family member to make a local call.
If you still not been able to receive the call on your forwarding number, then use the chat link below or call any of the number above to talk to our engineers. One of us will be happy to guide you.
Incoming caller ID is forwarded to your phone of what we received. In any case if you need any assistance please chat with our friendly support team or create a ticket here.
Do make sure you have provided us the correct forwarding details.
Second - Log into to the control panel with your VirtualGlobalPhone number or SIP details at https://customer.virtualglobalphone.com to verify that everything is correct. As shown below.

Customers cant change the outgoing Caller ID themselves as per the regulatory restrictions. You must carry the number you purchased only as the CLI.

Numbers are pre-configured to go to default voicemail, if not answered. The recorded file will be sent to your registered email in AU / MP3 / WAV format.
If you want to change the order follow below steps.
Log into to the control panel with your VirtualGlobalPhone number or SIP details at https://customer.virtualglobalphone.com to verify that everything is correct. As shown below.
In the Email section, enter or update the email address where you'd like the voicemail to be delivered.
Under Action, you'll have options such as Forward, Forward as Attachment, Copy, or Notify. Select the one you prefer.
For voice message audio format, you can choose between AU, WAV, or MP3.
Don’t forget to save.

Below are the step by step guide to check call detail records of Incoming / Outgoing calls.
Login with admin or SIP login details at https://customer.virtualglobalphone.com
Follow the above step and choose the dates.
Funds can be added to your account using your client area at http://my.virtualglobalphone.com/clientarea.php?action=addfunds.
Then followed by the below screen. Add the necessary funds and click "add funds".
Not all the numbers can be configured for whatsapp. Please refer this LINK to learn more on whatsapp.
If your number supports for incoming SMS / Text then the same will be delivered to your registered email. You can also check the same SMS in our Mobyx app as shown below.
You can send TEXT / SMS to another mobile number using our platform. But please note that the receiving party may or may not see your VirtualGlobalPhone number as the sender. Follow these below steps to send.
